* 2 years as senior management in education institution
* Expert in school management include strong planning & organizing
* Experience in teaching method development

* Able to work in under pressure and aware to achieve the targets
* Excellent written and verbal English skills
* Graduated from education faculty from reputable university and prever postgraduate (Master)
* Pass of interview and written test
